Ned Fuller secured a position on the ballot by turning in almost twice the number of signatures needed to qualify. "I appreciate the support of all of those who helped me take the first step towards restoring common sense to the courts of New Mexico," Fuller said.
Fuller does not face a primary opponent so will begin working on the general election. His next step will be to gather enough signatures and $5 contributions to qualify for public financing.
